These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Stand Firm mobile application ("App") developed and operated by Intellorix LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By downloading, installing, or using the Stand Firm mobile application, you ("User" or "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Intellorix LLC (hereinafter "the Company," "we," "us," or "our").
Stand Firm is a private, Scripture-based mobile application designed to provide users with Bible verses, guided prayers, and spiritual reflections during moments of personal struggle. The App is not a church, a counseling service, a mental health platform, a crisis hotline, or a substitute for professional pastoral, psychological, or medical care.
Nothing in this App constitutes professional mental health, medical, or legal advice.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a user under 13 has provided personal information, we will take immediate steps to delete it.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial, spiritual use.

All content, features, design, code, interface elements, branding, and text within Stand Firm — including but not limited to the name "Stand Firm," logos, prayer and reflection content, screen layouts, and onboarding flows — are the exclusive intellectual property of Intellorix LLC.
Bible translations used within the App are licensed under their respective publisher agreements. We do not claim ownership over Scripture text itself.
The free version of Stand Firm provides access to Scripture verses, prayers, verse saving, and prayer reminders at no charge.
Premium features are available via a paid subscription billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, as applicable.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time. Refund requests are subject to Apple's or Google's respective refund policies. We do not use countdown timers, fake urgency, or any deceptive practices to induce purchases.
Stand Firm provides Scripture passages, guided prayers, and reflections for personal spiritual support. You acknowledge that:

You agree not to use Stand Firm to violate any applicable law, attempt unauthorized access to the App or its systems, or interfere with the integrity or performance of the App.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INTELLORIX LLC, ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
THE COMPANY'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) $10.00 USD OR (B) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact us and attempt informal resolution for at least 30 days.
If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA). YOU WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTION LITIGATION.
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is between you and Intellorix LLC and governs your use of the Stand Firm mobile application. This EULA supplements the Terms of Use above.
Intellorix LLC grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to install and use the App on mobile devices owned or controlled by you, strictly in accordance with this EULA.

This EULA is between you and Intellorix LLC, not Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support for the App. All product liability, consumer protection, and intellectual property claims are the sole responsibility of Intellorix LLC. Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA.
By using Stand Firm on an Apple device, you also agree to Apple's Media Services Terms & Conditions. Your use of Stand Firm on Google Play is also subject to Google's Terms of Service.

Stand Firm is operated by Intellorix LLC, organized under the laws of the State of Delaware. The limited liability structure provides personal liability protection to its members under Delaware law. All claims are made solely against Intellorix LLC as an entity — not against any individual member, officer, or contractor.
If any provision of these documents is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, EULA, and Legal Notices constitute the entire agreement between you and Intellorix LLC with respect to your use of Stand Firm.
